01Accounts
Your Carbide sign-in is a shared Cynic network account, also usable on rust-mapmaker.com and rust-metrics.com. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts used abusively (fraud, abuse of the service, or attempts to compromise it).
02Marketplace (at launch)
When the marketplace opens, purchased plugin licenses will be bound to your account. Specific license, refund, and author-payout terms will be published before anything goes on sale and will supersede this section.
03Author maintenance & forfeiture
Authors who list plugins commit to maintaining them. Plugins flagged for verified breakage carry a fix-it window (30 days; 14 days for disclosed AI-assisted plugins). If the window lapses unfixed, maintenance control forfeits to Carbide so licensed customers' servers keep running; repeat abandonment may permanently transfer the listing. 04Messaging & community conduct
Direct messages and friend features exist for plugin support and community use. Spam, harassment, or scam attempts mean account suspension.
05Liability
The beta is provided as-is, without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cynic Network is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the beta.
